Dangerous dog.

Dear resident,

I have recently received several reports of a dangerous dog in the Lower Halstow area which has bitten at least two people. I have today attended the owners address and seized the dog as part of the on-going investigation. The dog is being safely held in a kennel. 

I thank the public for reporting the incident and helping to identify the owner.
